I have over 14 years' experience in the recruitment sector and has worked for some of the biggest names in the market. After 7 years in sales working my way up from and Associate Consultant to Sales Manager I decided to move into the Learning & Development space.

I cut my teeth working at one of the fastest growing & most successful recruitment firms in the world delivering their graduate academy onboarding over 100 consultants in my first year alone. I also worked with senior & principle sales consultants coaching sales skills and market strategy where I helped coach numerous consultants to +£500K years.

I’ve run successful L&D functions that focused on driving tangible sales impact. My philosophy is straightforward. Is the activity improving results? Can we see the change in outcomes?

I’m passionate about helping people get their start in sales and supporting sales professionals to break through their own personal bests.
